What is your security policy?

All events at District 5 will require security personnel to be present on site. District 5 will supply security personnel which will be a separate fee charged to the client on top of the rental fee. This fee is $45/hr. per guard. 4 hour min. $400 max per 8 hour day

Where should guests park?

There is ample free street parking surrounding District 5 along with a parking deck and surface lot within 3 blocks. 
Valet is always welcome, and District 5 can arrange for that service at your event for a fee.

What are the rules for set-up / take down

One afternoon of set-up is included in the rental price. If more days are needed for set-up/wrap, extra fees will be incurred. 

You may set-up the day of the event any time after 3pm. All event equipment must be removed at the end of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

 If you cancel your event, you will forfeit your date-hold deposit. If the venue becomes unavailable for any unforeseen circumstances (for example, fire, flood, or disaster) your date-hold, security deposit, and balance if paid to District 5 will be returned to you.

What is your capacity?

4,000 square feet of rentable space
